Alberto Campo Baeza Geoffrey Denton Begoña Díaz-Urgorri Ángela García de Paredes Francine Houben Patxi Mangado Paulo Martins Barata Fuensanta Nieto Juhani Pallasma Ignacio Paricio Carme Pinós Gabriel Ruiz Cabrero Jan Söderlund Andrea Vidotto In a first round the whole Jury (all the nineteen members), in a plenary session, will analyze the totality of the proposals presented to the seven sites of the competition. In this round they will select the number of proposals of each site that is considered suitable. The selected proposals will pass to a second round of analysis. After the first round of plenary sessions, the architects invited by the Ministry of Housing to the juries, will be assigned, at random, to the jury of each one of the residential sites object of the competition. In a second round of sessions, the jury of each site will select the number of finalists indicated in the bases and will decide the competition with the proposal of awarding of the technical projects.
